4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account transactions on mybet888 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund the Account and in the same name as the verified Account holder. mybet888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mybet888 platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended, their winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, engaging in chargebacks, or otherwise defrauding mybet888 or other Members.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the mybet888 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of mybet888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. mybet888's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in connection with their Account shall not exceed the amount of real money funds held in that Member's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

mybet888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing;
• Non-compliance with KYC documentation requests within a reasonable timeframe;

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a financial institution.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any pending withdrawal requests may be held pending investigation. Real money balances will be returned to the Member through the original payment method following satisfactory resolution of the investigation, except where funds are subject to forfeiture under these Terms.
